Class Descriptions

Insane abs/Cardio Blast - get ready for an insane, 20 minute full abdominal workout followed by 30-40 minutes of aerobic exercise

Bootcamp Core - intends every session to be fun and above all challenging, using every muscle group in your body and will consist of stretching, callisthenics, strength workouts, military style circuits and other surprises that will get you into the best shape of your life. You will achieve increased flexibility and posture, as well as improvement in your heart and lung function. Hand in hand with these results will be weight loss and increased metabolism so that you are constantly burning calories, even at rest!

TRX basic - Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Low impact aerobics - 44-60 minute Aerobic workout specially designed for those with joint, low back, or lower body limitations. Takes you through a warm up, workout, and stretch.

Kickboxing - 45-60 minute kickboxing workout with step boxes and low weights.

Zumba - Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That's exactly what the Zumba Program is all about. Its an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that's moving millions of people toward joy and health.

ABS (15 MIN.) - Designed to work your abs and low back, in a short but challenging class.

AEROBIC/STEP (45 min.) - This class is a high energy class which includes floor aerobics and step intervals.

CORE POWER A 60 minute class that focuses on all the core muscles that hold us upright and in place. Good for all levels.

PILATES (30-60 min.) - This strength and flexibility mat class is designed to strengthen the low back, abs and torso. Each exercise has options for participants of every level.

GOLDSTARS (60 min.) - Specialized for participants age 50 and up, this class includes a variety of exercises to increase cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility.

P.A.C.E. People with Arthritis Can Exercise (60 min.) – This class is designed for seniors living with arthritis.

POWERBARRE (45-60 min.) – This weight-training workout for participants of every level uses all of your muscles, giving them definition as well as increasing your metabolism. It is intended for you to strengthen your muscles in a total body workout by using the same routine for a two-month period.

SATURDAY SLAM (60 min.) - Non-stop cardio intensity using the step alternately with hi-lo impact including strength training for the whole body.

SILVER SNEAKERS (45 min.) - Specialized for participants age 64 and up, this is a low impact class which includes cardiovascular fitness and strength training, balance, and flexibility.

STEP (45 min.) – This hi-intensity cardiovascular class uses a variety of advanced step patterns and combinations.

STEP UP TO THE BAR and STEP/CARDIO DRILLS(45min.) - This class combines basic step moves with strength training intervals.

TOTAL BODY (45-60 min.) – This class will include intervals of strength and cardio for an entire body workout.

YOGA CORE (45-60 min.) – Set to energy filled music, Yoga Core strengthens, balances, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind. Yoga Core classes will have you moving, stretching, breathing and sweating. No matter your age, strength or flexibility level, Divine Fitness has a yoga class for you.

BARRE CORE – Our Barre class is a total body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs & core and burns fat in a record breaking time. Giving you the dancers body.

SPIN – Get ready to tone your core and lower body with our AWESOME spinning classes. Regardless of weight, age or fitness level, you can have a safe and effective kick-butt workout.
